You buy time for your diary – half a year, a full year or more – and use it when you create the PDF. No subscription, nothing renews by itself.

Buying more at once
The more time you buy at once, the less each half year costs. Whatever you don’t use stays for the next diary.

In your Horse Logbook account, half a year is called ‘1 credit’: a quarter costs 0.5, half a year 1, a full year 2. Several years also cover several horses.
Paying
With TWINT, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in Swiss francs; a card from abroad pays in its own currency.
No subscription
You buy when you want a diary. Nothing keeps running, nothing is charged, and what you buy doesn’t expire – it stays for the next diary.
Refunds
What you bought and haven’t used yet is refunded within 14 days of the purchase. Time you got as a gift can’t be paid out.
What’s free
Designing, flipping through the preview, saving drafts and downloading the finished PDF again. And if a PDF ever fails, you get what you paid back automatically.
If you change a diary after creating it – another name, another format – it’s a new one, and creating it costs again. Everything else is in the terms of Horse Logbook.
